CANVAS STATUS COMMUNICATION PLAN

You can read about our status communication plan here. In a nutshell, Canvas status communication happens through three channels. When an issue happens:

• Email: We will email LMS administrators and everybody else who opts in to our Canvas Status Update mailing list. You can join the list by clicking here.
• Twitter: We will post updates from @CanvasSupport on Twitter. Follow us for up-to-the-moment info.
• Right here: We will post detailed updates on this page. Feel free to bookmark it and subscribe to comments below.

Starting at 8:55 PM MDT on April 22nd, Big Blue Button (BBB) our conferencing tool started experiencing timeouts. The operations team is working on the issue, and we will update you when the issue has been resolved. The issue was resolved at 9:15 PM MDT.
